Optimal protection of wooden components
Once the timber components have been cut to size, they are planed and brushed. Subsequently, they move along a conveyor belt to our Stäubli robot, which coats them with a water-based, and thus more environmentally friendly lacquer.
This ensures that the components are optimally protected from dirt and water stains during transport and assembly.
After the protective coating has been applied to all five sides, the wooden components need to dry. Pre-assembly will soon begin.
