Your turntable installed within one day
With a range of standard sizes and the flexibility for custom adjustments, we can efficiently install your turntable within a single day following detailed planning.
The turntable consists of a circular wooden base (40 mm plywood) capable of handling a point load of one ton.
Designed with a modular structure, the system can be quickly and easily dismantled if required. The circular parking system requires minimal maintenance, with only the friction wheel serving as a wear part.
AEROdisc for any ground condition
Whether it’s a new construction or a retrofitting: our turntables are compatible with any hangar and any floor surface. The self-supporting disc with high-quality rollers can be effortlessly integrated into existing hangars due to its low height of six centimetres, without the need for structural modifications. This is particularly cost-effective for new constructions, eliminating the need for extensive earthworks.
For the installation of the circular parking system, a 16 A power connection (400 V) is required, preferably on a smooth industrial concrete floor. In case of different floor conditions, we collaborate with our customers to explore solutions that also work on asphalt or paving stones.
AEROdisc for flush-mounted installation
On request, the turntable can also be installed flush with the surface. This requires a 6 cm recess in the
concrete.
