The wooden components are processed using our modern and powerful Hundegger K2i joinery machine. Based on 3D models, cut-outs, saw cuts, drillings, slots, and other wood cuts are executed with precision.
The components are visually inspected and manually reworked if necessary. For example, edges are chamfered, drilling holes are countersunk, and impurities are removed. All components are numbered and labelled to ensure quick and easy traceability.
After the joinery process, the wooden parts pass through a light barrier and arrive at our painting robot.
