Point foundations are directly cast into the soil by using in-situ concrete. In the next step, the hall is built and closed, allowing the hall floor to be added as a floating floor slab.

The floating floor slab can be constructed much thinner than a load-bearing slab, making it significantly more cost-effective.

Advantages of a foundation on point footings:
  • cost-effective floating floor slab
  • suitable for large loads and clamped building supports
  • easy execution
  • slab can be concreted in a closed hall
