For flat roofs, the roofing is realised with sandwich panels, which are sealed on the outside with an EPDM layer and represent a durable and cost-effective solution. The sandwich panels consist of inner and outer steel sheets with an insulated core of PIR or mineral wool.
The 1.5mm EPDM layer is applied over the entire surface of the sandwich panels. The upper shell is also resistant to fire sparks and radiant heat (hard roofing according to DIN 4102, Part 7).
