Concrete elements with integrated insulation
Our base elements are precast concrete components with integrated insulation. We attach these to the hall supports from the outside. They are self-supporting from column to column, eliminating the need for complex strip foundations and minimising foundation costs.
All base elements have a thickness ranging from 14 to 30 cm and can reach a height of up to 300 cm. Typically, the base element starts 35 cm below the finished hall floor, ensuring a clean and solid transition between the exterior and the interior floor.
When founded on point foundations, the base elements also offer the advantage that separate formwork is no longer required for the subsequent hall floor.
