In 2008, Olivier Dupuis founded LIGNA systems while searching for a building solution for his father’s business. The family-run timber trade was growing, making the construction of a large warehouse essential. As a timber company, it made sense to build a hall out of wood.
However, finding the perfect solution and an experienced company proved challenging. After several unsuccessful discussions with architects and contractors, he decided to take hall construction into his own hands. This led to the creation of LIGNA systems and the standardized modular building system for timber halls.
Today, LIGNA systems is a leader in the development and production of sustainable timber structures for industrial and logistics halls. With over 500 successfully completed projects, we offer tailored solutions that combine efficiency and environmental sustainability. Our modular timber structures are innovative, sustainable, and economical – a true alternative to traditional metal structures.
