Our goal is to provide a genuine alternative to steel and concrete structures—economically competitive and with a significantly lower carbon footprint.

Our Team and Management:

Since its founding by Olivier Dupuis in 2008, LIGNA systems has grown into a team of over 75 dedicated professionals. Together, we have successfully completed around 500 construction projects worldwide, establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in timber construction. The management team comprises seven experienced individuals who lead the company strategically and operationally in Europe and North America. All members of the management team are also shareholders, further reinforcing their commitment and alignment with the company’s goals. With their expertise and entrepreneurial mindset, they ensure that LIGNA systems remains on a path of success and realizes its vision of sustainable construction on a global scale.

Markets and International Presence:

In recent years, LIGNA systems has primarily focused on the German market and neighboring European countries, successfully completing numerous projects in these regions. Building on this strong foundation, we are pursuing a clear growth strategy to further expand our expertise and sustainable solutions internationally. With our headquarters and own production facility in Belgium, as well as additional locations – including an engineering office in Aachen, a design office in Luxembourg, and sales offices in the Netherlands and Canada – we are well-positioned internationally. Additionally, we work with a network of local sales partners who have a deep understanding of the specific requirements of their regions. Currently, we are active in France and Western Canada, while also forging new partnerships to strengthen our presence in emerging markets.
