Thanks to our modular construction method and our experience in hall construction, we can easily realise large-scale logistics halls. For large-scale projects, we take on the planning and realisation of the load-bearing structure. The roofing is carried out by the customer.

What we provide
- We take care of the project planning and the structural analysis of the entire timber structure, including all steel parts, base elements, and anchors.
- Upon request, we can also create formwork and reinforcement plans for the foundations.
- All wood and steel components are manufactured in our production facility.
- We take care of the pre-assembly of all wooden elements.
- After the foundation is laid and anchor rods are set, we deliver and install the entire wooden structure.
Special features of the timber structure
- The entire load-bearing structure, including base elements and trusses, is made of timber.
- The base elements can be designed to resist collisions.
- The structures are reinforced.
- Holes can be drilled in the gutters to install a guardrail.
- Our roof trusses offer a very economical solution for spans between 24 and 32 metres.
- The resource-saving use of wood as a natural and limited building material is particularly important to us (our modular construction method requires up to 50% less material than a solid wall truss).
- Wiring and installations can be routed in the truss area.
Procedure
Is a load-bearing timber construction an option for your project?
- Send us a request with the design plans.
- We’ll check whether our timber structure is suitable for your project.
- We will prepare a cost estimation and an initial 3D model.
- If you agree with the estimate, all details will be clarified in a technical meeting, and we will prepare the final quotation.
- After commissioning, we create a detailed 3D model, which is used as an IFC model for further planning.
- In our own engineering office in Aachen, we create the structural analysis for your project.
- We take care of the production and pre-assembly of your wooden hall structure.
- All components are delivered to your construction site on time and in line with your project. We assemble your timber hall with the help of our experienced partner companies.
