Your tasks
As Finance Director (m/f/d), you will assume a central management position in our company and bear comprehensive responsibility for all financial matters. Your main tasks will include the preparation of financial reports, budgets and the development of long-term financial plans, which are crucial for the strategic direction and sustainable growth of the company. They monitor liquidity, optimize cash flow and manage risks to ensure financial stability.
Working closely with management and other departments, you will agree financial strategies to support and achieve the company’s objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the finance team and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines. You will be responsible for implementing efficient financial processes and systems and analyzing business developments in order to derive sound recommendations for action.

What we expect
- Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification.
