Even a timber construction from LIGNA systems cannot do entirely without steel. Various steel elements such as slotted plates, beam girders or base elements are required to connect the timber components to each other.
We manufacture these steel parts in our production hall in St. Vith. Based on a 3D drawing, we accurately cut the individual parts on the plasma cutter, assemble them according to the plan, and weld them together.
For traceability, all steel elements are numbered. After being welded, all parts are hot-dip galvanised so that they are permanently protected against corrosion.
In our production hall, we also manufacture our innovative box gutters for you from 6 metre blanks.
We also produce our aluminium border frames for window, door and gate openings in our metalworking shop. These integrate perfectly into wall cladding made from sandwich panels.
The high-quality aluminium profiles are precisely cut to size and the corner joints are pre-assembled. The profiles are then powder-coated in the colour of your choice.
The connection system ensures that the border frames can be assembled directly on the construction site and secured in the reveals.
